Gimbals
Handles, plates, monitor mounts, focus supports and vest systems that make DJI RS and similar gimbals usable, for anyone who already owns the body.
How to choose gimbal accessories
Match the exact gimbal model. SmallRig's sling handles and rings are cut for specific DJI RS generations — RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4 and RS 4 Mini all differ. Ulanzi's Falcam F38 and F22 quick-release kits are model-specific too.
Decide how you will hold it. A sling handle takes the weight off your wrist on long takes. A handheld ring (SmallRig's Stabilizer Handheld Ring, and the wireless control version for DJI RS) allows low-mode and two-handed operation. A vest and arm system carries the weight on your hips for a full day.
Quick release standard. Pick one — Arca-Swiss, NATO, Falcam F38 or F22 — and stay on it across camera, tripod and gimbal. Mixing standards means carrying adapters.
Balance and payload. Adding a monitor or a wireless transmitter changes balance. Counterweight kits and monitor mounting supports with NATO clamps exist for exactly that.
SmallRig supplies 98 records and Ulanzi 6, all priced. Bring your own gimbal — we will quote a body through the pro desk if you need one in the same order.
