Everything on OneProGear is sourced to order for you, new and sealed, with the manufacturer's India warranty and a GST invoice. Here is what happens after you choose.
Five steps, from cart to invoice
- 1 Choose your gearPick a product, a ready kit or a whole setup. Not sure what fits? Send us the room, the budget and what you shoot, and we build the list with you.
- 2 Pay online, by bank transfer or against a quotationCheckout takes UPI, cards and net banking. For a company, school or institution, download a quotation PDF from the cart or any kit page, then pay by NEFT/RTGS or raise a purchase order against it. Price-on-request items get a written quote first. Price and lead time confirmed on your quote
- 3 We source it for your orderWe keep no shelf stock. Your order is sourced new and sealed within India, with the manufacturer's India warranty, as soon as payment is in.
- 4 Dispatched with trackingYour order leaves Bengaluru with a tracking link. We never promise a delivery date: after dispatch it depends on the courier and your PIN code. Sourced to order · dispatched in 14–21 working days
- 5 GST invoice and warranty helpEvery order carries a GST invoice; add your GSTIN in the cart to claim input credit. If anything needs service, we raise the claim with the manufacturer and follow it up for you.
