Dispatch time

Every order is dispatched within 14 to 21 working days of payment, including models we import to order.

Courier transit

After dispatch, the courier usually takes 2 to 7 working days, depending on your PIN code (remote areas can take longer). We do not promise a delivery date.

Dispatch and charges

Orders are dispatched from Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Shipping is a flat ₹379 anywhere in India, shown at checkout before you pay. There is no free-shipping threshold.
You get a tracking link on WhatsApp and by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Large and heavy items

Stands, flight cases, lighting kits and similar items travel by surface courier and require a signature on delivery. Please have someone available at the address to receive them.

Lithium batteries

Battery packs follow carrier rules: packs up to 100 Wh can travel by air, larger packs move by surface courier. We ship a pack the way the carrier will accept it.

Price-on-request and Pro Desk orders

Items that are not priced on the site are quoted. The quote carries the price and the dispatch time for that model, and you see both before you pay.

Imported to order

Some items are not held in stock in India and are imported against your order. We place the order only after payment; dispatch is within the same 14 to 21 working days, as every product page shows before you pay ("Sourced to order · dispatched in 14–21 working days").

Cancellation and late dispatch

You can cancel any order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After that the order cannot be cancelled — unless it has not been dispatched within 21 working days of payment, in which case you can cancel for a full refund. Details are in the refund policy.

Checking your parcel

Do not sign for a carton that is visibly damaged. If you find damage after opening, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the carton and of the unit — see the refund policy.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If the address is incomplete and the courier cannot deliver, we will contact you to correct it; a re-dispatch after a failed delivery may be charged at cost.
