What to send us
The room or hall and its dimensions, how many people will be on microphones, where a camera can be mounted, what audio equipment is already installed, where the stream has to go, and your city. Photos of the space help. The more of that we have, the closer the first quotation is. Quotation within 2 business days of a complete request (city, room type and headcount).
Three ways to pay
- Online at checkout. Priced items go in the cart and are paid online.
- Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS). Pay against our quotation; we share the account details when you confirm the order.
- Purchase order. Raise your PO against the quotation number, send it to us, and pay by bank transfer or online before dispatch.
Every order carries a GST tax invoice from Onewrk Marketing & Design Services Pvt Ltd, with your GSTIN for input credit.
Good to know
- Equipment only. Our prices cover the equipment. Installation and on-site setup are not included; your own team or local installer fits the system.
- Sourced for your project. Every item is ordered new for you and dispatched within 14 to 21 working days of payment, so start well ahead of an event date.
- Small items still go in the cart. Converters, a single microphone, a light: buy those from the store. The room comes here.
