OneProGear is a store run by Onewrk Marketing & Design Services Pvt Ltd, Pranaav Radha Krishna Tranquil, 67 Krishna Rajendra Road, Gandhi Bazaar, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560004, India (GSTIN 29AAECO6995M1ZF). This policy explains what we collect when you use oneprogear.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

When you order: your name, delivery and billing address, phone number, email address, what you bought, and your GSTIN if you give one for an input-credit invoice. Card and UPI details are handled by the payment gateway — we never see or store them.
When you send an enquiry or a Pro Desk request: your name, phone or email, city, the products or the room you are asking about, and anything else you type into the form.
When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the contents of the conversation. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and carries its own privacy terms.
When you browse: pages viewed, the device and browser you used, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.

Who processes it

Our store runs on Shopify. Shopify stores the data needed to show you the site and to take an order, and acts as our processor. Delivery partners get your name, address and phone number so they can deliver the parcel. Payment gateways get what they need to take the payment. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful; it sets cookies and receives a device identifier and page-view events.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that keep your cart and session working, and analytics cookies that measure traffic. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout will not work properly without the essential ones.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors above except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and company law require — currently eight years from the end of the financial year. Enquiry and Pro Desk records are kept for three years so we can pick up an old conversation. WhatsApp threads stay on the phone and in WhatsApp's systems.

Your choices

Write to hello@oneprogear.com to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. We reply within 2 business days and act within 30 days. You can ask us to stop sending marketing messages at any time; that does not stop order and delivery updates.

Children

The store is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes and governing law

If this policy changes we publish the new version on this page. This policy and any dispute under it are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
