• a USB drive fast enough for ISO recording
• a tablet for the OBSBOT Start app that sets framing and presets
• a 3-pin universal socket or travel plug adapter for the USB-C charger

Why this kit

ISO recording is the reason this tier costs what it does. A conference client almost always comes back for a highlights reel, and an ATEM Mini Pro ISO hands you every input as a separate file plus a project file, which means the edit is not trapped inside the decisions an operator made live, at speed, once. The two PTZs are specified over two manned cameras because an event company's scarcest resource on the day is people: AI tracking holds a speaker who walks the stage, and the operator at the table runs both. Their 5x optical lenses mean they work within about 15 m, so this suits a conference room or small ballroom. The one manned camera is a Canon XA60 on a fluid-head tripod: its 20x zoom finds the audience question or the presenter who walks out of a PTZ's frame, it takes the switcher's third HDMI input and leaves the fourth for slides, and if nobody is free to run it, it locks off as a wide. The mics are 2.4 GHz with a backup recording in each clip-on, so a dropout does not lose the words; keep the receiver in clear sight of the stage and test it at load-in. There is no intercom in the kit: with one manned camera, that operator works in sight of the table. Add the headsets when crew cannot see each other.
