Why this kit
98.872 Wh is not a marketing number: it is deliberately under the 100 Wh limit that lets a lithium battery travel in carry-on with no airline approval, and two of them is the standard allowance. Each does 100 W over USB-C in both directions, so the same pack charges from a laptop GaN charger and runs a monitor without a separate D-tap cable. The two-bay charger exists because one-bay charging is what makes you buy a third battery. The plate is the part people forget: a V-mount with nothing to mount to is a paperweight.
