Why this kit

At this level the question stops being which camera and becomes how the show runs without a crew. Two R8s on USB power mean neither battery dies mid-conversation, and full-frame keeps skin clean in a room that will never be as bright as a real studio. The ATEM Mini Pro ISO cuts between them live and also records each camera separately, so a fluffed cut can be fixed afterwards. Sound runs through a RODECaster with the gain the PodMics need, and it records on its own as a second safety. The 200 W key through an 85 cm parabolic is large enough to light two people from one side, and the 100 W fill keeps the second person from falling into shadow.
