Why this kit

At institute scale the teacher stops sitting down, and every part of this build follows from that. AI tracking on the Tail Air keeps a walking teacher framed with nobody operating the camera; its zoom is digital, so place it near the board rather than at the back of the room. Its micro HDMI feeds a USB capture of its own, so it arrives at the computer as a normal camera. The Lark Max 2 is the audio half of the same decision: a desk microphone is silent the moment the teacher turns to write. The NT-USB+ stays in the kit for the seated recording sessions, on its own tripod with nothing else to set up. The overhead copy stand is separate from the PTZ on purpose: a tracking camera should never be asked to also be the document camera, because the two jobs want opposite framing. The second angle is a Canon XA60 camcorder rather than a second PTZ: its 20x zoom frames the desk or the board from the back of the room, the Cam Link 4K brings it in as a live source rather than a file to sync later, and it ships with a USB power adapter for a full teaching day.
