Why this kit
The Starter's money goes on two mirrorless bodies and a switcher; here the phones you already own are the cameras, and the budget goes where phones are weakest: sound and light. The WES2 puts a mic on each chest and into one receiver, so neither voice depends on the phone's own mic across the table. Two 150 W bi-colour COBs through Bowens octagons give each face a soft key that matches, CRI 95+ keeps skin honest, and the spring-cushioned stands protect the light when you lower it. You edit the two angles together afterwards rather than cutting live.
