Questions we get asked

Are you an official DJI store or authorised dealer?
No. OneProGear is an independent retailer, not a DJI store. Every product is genuine and sourced through the brand's authorised distributor or importer in India, and carries the manufacturer's India warranty.
Can I walk in and pick it up today?
No. We sell online and on WhatsApp and do not run a walk-in showroom. Products are sourced to order and dispatched in 14 to 21 working days, with courier transit on top. If you need something today, a walk-in store is the better choice.
Do you service or repair DJI products?
We are not a service centre. We coordinate warranty claims with the brand for products bought from us.
What about warranty and returns?
Everything carries the manufacturer's India warranty and we coordinate any claim with the brand. If an item arrives faulty, wrong or with missing parts, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it, or refund in full if we cannot. We do not take change-of-mind returns.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes, on every order, from Onewrk Marketing & Design Services Pvt Ltd (GSTIN 29AAECO6995M1ZF). Businesses can claim input credit.
